How do I make a reservation?

Do you charge a security deposit?

Yes for leases of 3 months or more a deposit equal to 1 months rent is paid on commencement of lease. Deposit's required for short term rentals vary - our reservation team can outline specifics at time of your enquiry.

What is included in the rental rate?

The standard rental rate includes the cost of the apartment for use during your stay. Individual packages are available to include other items such as cleaning & utilities if required. Please contact our team for more assistance.

What are your check in & check out times?

Check in is normally after 12.00 on the day of your arrival. Check out time is generally no later than 12.00 on the day of your departure.

Do you accept pets?

The vast majority of our properties do not allow pets of any description. However it is worth checking with our reservations department as some are pet friendly.

Is Parking Provided?

Car Parking is available at the vast majority of our properties. Please enquire on booking regarding availability & charges.

What is your minimum stay?

Generally the minimum stay in our apartment's is 30 days. Minimum stay varies from location to location.

How do I collect my keys?

Check in details will be confirmed on confirmation of bookings.

What if I need to extend my stay?

If you need to extend your stay it is important you contact us as soon as possible so that we arrange to have your booking extended if possible.

What references do I need for long term rental?

We normally require a reference from your bank, previous landlord, your employer and a copy of your photo ID.
